My Pwertrain control module in my 2002 BA falcon wagon keeps shutting down the engine. Ford Techs said its not the sensors but the PCM needs replaced. Has anyone had this problem and can give me some advice?. Very frustrated.

Could be a number of minor things, or potentially something major.

What is the car actually doing when it shuts down, and what sorts of conditions cause it to shut down?

The PCM just shuts thengine down when driving usually in the warmer part of the day or after running air conditioning with car idling for a while. The throttle fault indicator light flashes after stoped and several beeps go off. The have checked the engine sensor that showed the trouble code and replaced it but it still happened again. The last time it happened the Oil presure indicator light flashed as well. Have ford,s test computer in it at the moment has not stoped since installed. Not looking foward to cost of replacement PCM if needed. When Ford tested my computer both times same codes show up but can find nothing wrong machancaly with engine.

try flexing ECU plug (faulty ECU ???)- check injector connections - possible faulty plug or lead
