when the dual thermo's are running, should BOTH fans be running at the same time??, or does it only use both when its really hot??, iv'e noticed only one working the other day, any info will be much appreciated thankyou, stronghold05 :wink:

I'm not sure but I think one runs whilst aircon is on at low speed and both run at hi speed when EEC senses engine temp getting hot.

Both fans always run... EF and EL...

On EL it is impossible for one fan to run on low speed... They either both run at low speed or both don't... (they're in series, like Christmas lights, if one blows, they all go out)

Can't remember how EF is wired with the gay 3 speed design they had...

If only one runs on high speed (ie when the AC is switched on (on my EL computer with AC on the fans run on high not low)) then you have a dodgy relay...
