Doesnt it mention in the installation instructions that the shocker tower near the blower needs to be pushed back?

The intake pipe for the blower is a tough fit, but there are some silicone adaptors available that make the job easier. Personally if I was in your situation id be p****d with myself for driving around for a few months without noticing the problem instead of blaming capa, but thats just me.

Yeah thats fair enough.
In their instructions, that they didnt give with the bracket or pulleys, but managed to get off some other guys off here.
Tells you to get a f**k hammer and hit your shock tower!
Does that sound good to you do, ever want a front end alignment again?
I somehow don't think any silicon adapter would help whatsoever.
Its also a little hard to tell that a piece of hose that you cant see without taking it all off again, which means the blower basically coming off again, was something i should've had to do.
Don't worry stockstandard, I didn't totally blame them in my last post, just that they are f**k.
The brackets too close to the shock tower, they know this, and they tell people to hit their shock tower with a hammer!
Why don't they just manufacture a bracket that f**k fits in the first place...

Hitting the shocker tower in they way they describe wont stuff up the wheel alignment. The whole kit has been approved by an automotive engineer so I doubt something would make it through if it was that dodgy. Im sure they would make the adaptor differently if they could, so i guess there is something stopping them (probably the pulley arrangement).

Yeah but it has been installed as they have written down it needed to be.
But yet this still happens...
But if they cant make the arrangement different, and it is the pulleys or whatever it could be, they shouldn't be selling the s**t...
Thats my point, if its a f**k design, how can you possibly sell it and not admit it????

Once again though, its CAPA.
No doubt the chip will be totally f**k, and wont work properly or something like that. $795 seems too cheap for those rip-off merchants.

got an email from capa 3 weeks ago.....$695 plus $80 for the cable.
said it would be two weeks. Tuning shop rang them last week..."will be another 2-3 weeks.....so hopefully it might be out before christmas??

I think they're waiting for the new hydrogen powered falcons to come out in 2014 before they release this.

Waiting for CAPPA to get there act together is a joke, Might just go the Stinger instead and be done with it.

Does anyone think the MS2 for $1000 + tuning is going to be a better option than waiting for this Capa tuner which is still under R&D and will be for at least another 12 months by the sound of it?
