Hello
I was just comparing the pinout info on the EA-ED EEC4, and the EEC5 EL ECU..
The EEC4 says that pin 26 is 5 volt out for sensor reference, where as the EEC5 says pin 26 is not used..

Does the EEC5 have a 5 volt out for sensor reference??

cheers
David

Well spotted. They both have pin 26 as 5V reference. Otherwise your map sensor, TPS, and a whole bunch of other stuff would just be out of whack. Pin 26 goes straight to the 5V regulator, which comes off the 12V ignition pin (internall) IIRC.

Cheers
