have eb xr8 auto 91 cant get codes out of ecu yes have done it right board in ecu has some tarnish on it dunno if that is the problem but the car is a no starter use to run really good got fuel spark pulse etc etc changed this and that still no start the only thing left is the ecu now can i still buy new or do i go aftermarket and is there one i can plug straight in with no stuffing around or does some one have one for sale it is a 1dga ecu

If you are sure you aren't getting codes it may be a buggered PCM... No they wouldn't have been made new since the mid to late 90's...No you wont find an aftermarket one that plugs in and works... Will need custom wiring and dyno tuning to function... Yes go to your local wrecker and getting one...

The PCM can self test everything except itself...
