Okay so i was driving home last night and it will pretty much wouldn't fire a cylinder and would stall itself on the side of the rode. I called the RAA and they said something about compression, fuel and ignition.

I've changed the fuel pump, spark plugs and compression should be fine?

When starting it up the economy light will flash, the revs will gradually drop and it will stall while in neutral.

I have no idea what it could be? I've changed the MAP sensor, swapped out the smartlock unit and anything else i could do and it still runs like a b**ch.

Help?

did you plug the map sensor vacuum line in?

Yeah, changed that over and then changed it back. Nothing changed.

We think it's the ECU because when starting it up the economy light will flash but when we take the ECU and do the same thing the light doesn't flash.

Now to find a manual ef ECU.
