Hey guys,
My dads Ed died the other day. It cranks over & gets fuel but there is no spark. We have changed the coil but no differnt. What should we check next? We have checked all fuses & relays. Des

I have a similar problem, I convinced myself its the smart lock system. Others might know more about it, if it also shuts the injectors down, if the fuel pump whirrs on turning the key to the "on" position. I changed the entire dizzy, but thats not to say the one I swapped was any better... All the best hey.

check power before the coil. if none def sounds like tfi module. tfi module controls the pulse that triggers the coil to spark. i got a new tfi from repco for under $100.
