hi everyone,
the other day my missus drove her ef into town with no problems what so ever and when she went to start it again it wouldnt fire racq came and got it going and told her it had flooded it was fine after that for a week or so but now does this on every start up it fires on the first attempt of starting it then missfires and wont start again unless you hold the throttle wide open and crank it over for atleast 10 seconds it then fires but runs rough as guts untill it clears itself does anybody know what sensor if any would be failing ive changed all the sensors on the throttle body and the one beneath it in the inlet manifold but the problem is still there

Could maybe b the fuel pressure regulator, cause if its only at start up, its allowing the fuel pump to pressure rise the system to much thus dumping way to much fuel into the cylinder at start up.
