i thought i read somewhere in here that the xr didnt have the speed limiter fitted is this correct. i ask because i have one fitted to a gli but i had a speed limiter kick in at about 170 i wasnt going that fast as the speedo is a fair way out. is there any way to disable this

mmmmm be carefull, ef/el tail shaft unsafe past 180 it prone to breaking and u be flipping down the road

speedo about 20-25 ks out so wasnt really that speed i will have to check ecu numbers cause i actually pulled it out of a mates xr6 when he wrote it off. something funny going on i think. is there any way to disable cheers
