Is or is it not possible to Flashtune a 6 cyl AU1 ?
I presently have a J3 chip which is causing issues and I want to take it out and have the ECU flash tuned instead. All the dyno shops I have contacted claim that they don't have the flash tuner to do the job. Some Searches indicate that this model cannot be flashed.... Is that right? I'm in South Qld but am prepared to travel if I can find a shop that can do this tune.

AUI requires a J3 chip to be tuned, just like the E series.

I have the chip installed but I can't find anyone who is willing to tune it......

Came from TI.
The problem is a/c related. TI claims it's not the chip causing the problem. I'm taking the chip out tomorrow to see if the air returns to its normal operation.

OK, sounds like that may be a good idea.
