sorry bout terrible description and spelling but the other day someone had tryed to syphon my tank ( joke on them it was empty) now after struggling to get their jiggler out i got it out but in the process i broke the flap thats spring loaded and i have trouble filling up now i cant use the bowser at 100% anymore keeps cutting out likee its full

Sounds like the flap is stuck some where down the tubing. You can either remove the tank and fix it, or you can get a strong flexi tube of some sort and push it down...

yea the flap is stuck but i can see it i think iv broken the spring on it its where its ment to b jus doesnt spring closed
