Good luck..

Cruise AF ratio should be around 14.64. At full load it should richen up to around 12.1-12.5 at WOT (depending on mods). Here is an example of the factory V8 EEC fuel map (I know you are after I6 but this is still a good guide and all I have is V8 maps).

Load% / Target AF
00 14.98
15 14.98
27 13.50
40 13.95
55 13.60
70 13.15
80 12.35
90 12.01
100 12.01

Yeah being a factory map it would be a bit rich but safe. Could pull maybe 10% out of that but it would depend on mods and how much timing you are running. Most of the modified V8 maps I have keep these same AF targets, they mainly seem to concentrate on timing maps.

Sounds spot on for a NA engine, although 15.7 at cruise seems a bit lean for my likings but as long as it doesn't ping it should be good. Don't think there is much advantage from going any leaner than 14.7 which is stoichiometric, but I am not sure.
