the last 2 days ive been driving around in my eb xr8 i have had real bad petrol fumes inside car. can anyone help me fix this problem? thanks

this prolly wont help but i had the same problem but i discoverd it was my jerrycan in the boot, it had fallen over.

Check the lines to/from the carbon canister

checked all the lines there all on and they seem to look alright

check in the boot where the fuel sender screws to the top of the fuel tank. check the o ring isn't leaking. [its under the little inspection plate on the pass side]/ |

i wld say check all fuel lines for slight leaks or cracks cld jst be leakn a very slight amount if u r able the pressure test ur lines i wld do it the presume the smell is annoyin

smell is very annoyin!! ive checked over the fuel lines in the engine bay all seem to be tight as for cracks cant see any either

ive noticed when fuel gets under half tank, when u open fuel cap theres a bit of pressure in there is that normal? maby fuel cap

Carbon cannister as mentioned above might be a problem. Short of that, get under the car and follow the fuel line. See if it is leaking anywhere.
