Anyone thought of hitting Cappa up with the idea of a group buy !

If there are enough numbers, I am sure they will have to give it some serious consideration.

the only problem being cappa only sell the chip to "dealers" so i dont think a group buy would work as each dealer has to buy a $2500 package to be able to sell cappa product and tune it as the have custom software

so group buy from a dealer is the way to go, if there buying in larger quantity from capa they should be able to get a discount, and pass on a discount to the group buy.

CAPA will sell you a chip ( i bought one direct) but for it to work, you need to take it too a dealer (who has forled out $2500 for the software) to tune it in real time.

I've spoken to a guy who couldnt get the flash tuner working, He told me they rang a few other cappa tuning shops and they also could get it working.

Has anyone out there got one working in a car.

My tuner spent 2 days trying to get it working gave up and sent it back,a ford mods member had one fitted and went to my tuner to see if he could sort out the problem the car went backwards,my tuner gave him the bad news"i'm not touching it wasted 2 days already",so he took it back and was trying to get a refund,a few members in w.a. i pm told me the same story they are being sent back over here, there is a post which this member got good gains from his e series chip,so i rang the shop who fitted it heindrich performance and the bloke recons he's fitted 4 of them and only 1 has worked, seems they work on el's but the ebs and ed he tried had no success,so i'm no expert but what i hear is they're a waste of money i can say for sure it didn't work on my ebxr8,it might pay to find out if they can be returned if they "aren't fit for purpose" which is law for any product bought in this country.
