hey guys got a freinds au1 that the ecu just dose not want to relearn base idle and s**t after i had the battery disconected to remove the starter its been a week since i have done the job and the f**k thing will still idle like crap when drivin i.e stopin at lights it will drop down to 400rpm and sometimes cut out how can i sort this f**k au out

yeah but dont want to do that as its not my car and its just gotta relearn just tryin to find someone who knows the procedure to teach it quickly i know it exists as i done it long time ago and have forgotten

well if it ain't learnt in a week then it ain't going to,,the only thing you can really do is warm it up,,let it idle for a minute then turn it off,,turn the ignition on but don't start it,,hold the accelerator down for over a minute and see how it goes.

clean out the throttle body, you will find it will help, if not fix the issue, also once you've cleaned the throttle body, it wont hurt to unplug the isc and readjust the base idle
