Hi all, I have a ECU here, I was told it was from a tickford fairmont ghia

the part number is

6DJB 96DA-12A650-JB

Now, is that a EL tickford ECU? and also, does it have speed sensitive power Steering?

Any help will be great
I looked though the ECU lists but could not find out if its a tickford and have SSPS ...
