Look inside the car. If it has a gear stick with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and R on it then its a manual one. If it has a shifter with P, R, N, D, 3, 2 and 1 on it then its an auto. Hope that helps

Seriously I got no idea. I just wanted to be a smartass. Sorry.

Sorry mate, there's no way to tell directly from the code/part #. You'll have to look the code up on some sort of register or ask around until you find someone with matching ECU and hopefully they can tell you what car it's from.

Mine is 92DT-12A650-AD so pretty bloody similar!

Also checked it against another ED XR6 Manual and it was the same.
So now I'm clueless as to why it's doin some weird idling s**t.

Ahh it's just fluctuating really bad from 500-1500, and if you rev it it hangs at about 2500.

Have you played with the base idle or ignition timming?

Neil

I've played with a lot more than that!

Hehe it's had a BBM and Manual put in, the timing is advanced a bit and the base idle is adjusted so that it idles just nicely without the ISC.
