IAT mods?

I am assuming you mean the idea that putting a resistor inline with the IAT to fool the computer into thinking that the air is cooler than it is therefore adding a bit more timing. IMO its a waste of time, the gains are very minimal (sometimes none at all). The mod has a chance of causing damage to you engine if you dont get the resistor values right, there are plenty of stories around the various forums of this occuring.

Sounds like that scam that was going around on ebay for a while .... they where selling $30 "power plugz' or something like that for $30, I justh bought one to see what they used for it ... just an resistor with 2 small washers inside wrapped in heat shrink ..
