Anyone know how the ECU in the L jet gets its refrence for injector pulse period etc?
Have an XE system in a speedway sedan with a different control relay to the usual bosch one in the XE-XF.
Kefalas EFI diag book seems to imply there is some kind of voltage fluctuation supposed to occur on the ECU supply line from the relay, to "initiate injector pulse"
(HUH?)
OK - but that doesnt really tell me much as to what happens next.
Does the L need the original relay to operate?
The original does have ignition circuit wired to it (for pump relay activation) and I'm thinking perhaps it also uses the ign. profile somehow, but there are no ECU pins for reference.
