Who has one other than Walkinshaw and Stockstandard on here?

Who attempted one and failed? Why didnt it work?

Ive been wanting to attempt to make one so I ordered an MS2 and stimulator this morning from DIY autotune.

Ill be trying to get my BA engine running with it while I wait for the new version of the autronic to be released. Im going to use an edis 6 system and EF/AU coilpacks once I find the right edis module from somewhere. I wont be trying to use the dual VCT. It should run reasonably without it.

Hopefully all goes well. Ill update here as I progress.

Cheers,
Dan

Try Wilson, I got a feeling he brought in a couple of EDIS modules a while back?
Whether or not he still has them, dunno.

I've got a complete MS2 from RPD sitting on my bedroom floor, CBF factor is too high to put it in.

I got one for my ride Dan.

I think as it stands if i wanted i could cut the wires and wire it up.

Like Jared though, CBF factor wayyyy too high, mainly because i dont NEED it, the car runs fine on the EEC so nothing really pushing me to hook it up.

Oh that and someone did over 2k damage to my car so i'm not even driving it anymore atm.. :P

Ouch, that sucks mate.

I dont think John has them anymore. I asked him where he got them and he didnt offer to sell me one.

Ill scour ebay and the megasquirt forums and try to track a few down.

If all goes well the car will be running by the end of the month.

It's a shame that RPD's shut down.. cos now that I have the money I can't get a DimaSquirt... plug and play (almost).
I can't afford to have my car off the road so I'd need to pay someone else to help streamline the process too.

I've got one made up sitting at home but like glenneaux, CBF factor took over.
I've also got a complete MS kit if someone wants solder it up and play with it. Someone wanted me to make one up for them but pulled out so I'm stuck with it.

As for the EDIS modules, it's probably easier to convert your EF/AUs to dizzy and run MSNS. That's what I'll be doing if I ever get around to it.
