:(

I hope someone can help me... I dont know much about the inner workings of cars lol, so i will try to explain as best I can from what my dad told me...

He has just replaced the engines head, and replaced my speedo, and now my car wont run, he says it was fine before he put the speedo in, and now...
My fuel injectors aren't working, and my spark plugs aren't sparking, but everything else works (lights central etc)

:?

Thanx! :(

Sounds like an ECU problem... did he mess around with the ECU? Does the car have smartlock - and if so, is it all hooked up ok?

Hmmm... well it sounds like smartlock... does the fuel pump come on?

Lol - personally i'd tell the old man to pull it apart and put it back together :)

Ha Ha
maybe he left some wires out or something, egh :?

He claims it was working before he put the speedo in, and that an EL speedo isnt supposed to go in an EF... and that it has stuffed it up? :?

hmmmmmmmm

maybe he has fried the ecu.

if i was still in perth i would let you borrow one of mine to see if thats the problem..

the speedo wouldnt cause the car to not run.

try hitting the area near the handbrake a couple of times or push the handbrake in out and a couple of times while cranking it.. see if starts then.
