Hi all
I have a NCII Fairlane that I am putting the 5.0 from into my Ford Maverick. I have sorted out the smartlock bypass , now I just need to sort out the speed sender issue.
From the Fairlane speed sendor how does the signal get to the ecu? Is it modified in any way?
An instrument place will make an adaptor box up to change my Mavericks original pulse count to the Fairlanes one to run the ecu right.
So basically so I can get this put together I need to know how the pulse signal runs and is it modified in anyway.
Any idea on the number of pulses per revolution on the Fairlane speedo sendor?
Or is there an adaptor box available somewhere else that will do this for me?
I want to keep the existing Maverick Speedo Sender to run the original speedo but I need the Fairlane input signal for the ECC4.
Any help appreciated.
Matt

More people paid for a ride in a VT commodore then an AU Falcon so the VT is superior.
Based on that fact my Mum is the best around!
