Anyone out there know how to changeover ignition barrell? Looks like it needs to be punched or drilled out. Do elecctronics have to be reset?

A cold chisel will undo the security bolts with ease.
It looks impossible, but after a few mild taps they come loose very easy and can be undo by hand.

Replace with another barrel and use allen key bolts to replace.

The replacement barrel will need programming.
Simply replace the barrel, open with windows, turn the ignition to 'ON' and turn off things like the radio and interior fan to save power you will notice the smartlock light will flash fast.

After 30-40 minutes the door locks will cycle and the smartlock with will be on 'steady' (so you don't have to stand there waiting)

Follow through with cranking and your replacement barrel will be trained with the smartlock.
