Gday all, the other day I had my fairlane idling away, sounded fine, went to bring the revs up and it was spitting like crazy! Eventually the idle went spastic then it died, now the fuel pump won’t engage at all. I realised afterwards that since adjusting the timing I forgot to unplug the ecu earth wire so it was running in test mode the whole time. It’s an NL fairlane, EF tickford 6 motor, T5, 977b cam. Reckon having it in test mode for so long has fritzed it? Cheers guys
