howdy all
Im just getting my car back on the road after it has been dismantaled for the past 18months.
I've had the dash out and disconected all the wiring in the engine bay, now i've put it all back together and im getting nothing, no noises or lights in the dash.
All the fuses seem fine, im asuming i've not connected something properly but i was told that the computer might be dead after not having power for so long.

Any ideas on where i should start looking for the problem.

Haveing no power to the ecu for a long period should not do anything, it is probable a wire somewhere. You did put the earth back on for the ecu? I would be going over your wiring again with a multimeter to look for continuity and where exactly you have got power too! We have had a ecu unplugged on the floor of a car for a year and a half and when it all went back together, no problems it is still in the car now three years later. Good luck
