I have a AU with dual fuel and Tickford gas, would it be open or closed loop ?

I'd assume closed loop.

I was under the usumption they are c/l with cat convertor equipped cars.

yeh both. closed when your crusing around at the same speed on flat ground or downhill. open when you floor it, go up a hill, accel slightly.
