On ani6, i think theres 3 (or 4) 10mm bolts that you undo, which removes the fuel rail. Fuel goes everywhere, but thats ok Unclip the injector wires, and then the injectors just lift out? Just got to make sure that when putting them back in the o rings are still intact. Smear a bit of something on the o rings when inserting them so you dont tear them, and they'll slide in easy. Just make sure everythig goes on and off smoothly.

Yeah like he said, they might require a bit of force, just wiggle them around a bit. Just use some saliva to lube the O rings so they go in nice and easy.

To stop the fuel "pissing out" everywhere run the car and pull the fuel pump relay or disconnect it somehow.. engine will splutter and die. bam no fuel pressure in the rail

when i swapped my injectors you could tell the one that spilt the o ring, by the squirt of fuel that went every where.
on that note, what are the biggest injectors (standard falcon) out there?

While the car is running (not in an enclosed area aduh!) get into the boot, undo the round panel covering the fuel pump/sender unit and undo the 'big' plug and wait for the car to die i 'spose . |

you may also have to remove the throttle body to get the fuel rail out.

Had to remove the throttle body when I did mine, thought I'd get away with it but physically couldnt get it past the throttle body.
