Hey Daz what do you reckon it would be like to plumb up a big mofo of a single turbo to a V8 in one?

My baby, Will use this as a template until i bend up some pipe and weld it up, but does the job nicely, very bitey on the throttle especially when i take the gas mixer out. Ahhh soon to get a gas research throttle body :D :D . More power maybe warp speed i hope LOL

Hey wow all these are sweet intake setups i hace a FG XR6 i will post a pic soon i have just a straight 3" pipe to the pod with no restrictors if any one has a bf or ba xr6 lol do what i did if you want someting good but cheap and i got a 3" Fujita pod on look into these pods they are sweet they suck heaps of air and make a cool whistle type sound lol with mine in low range revs you cant hear it sounds stock but when you get to mid range revs it sounds good gives a bit of vibration and whistles a bit BUT when im in high revs WOW it is really load lol at peak revs before gear change it sounds like a super charged BMW V8 Strange i know but yeah it does and Basically the whole thing cost about $200 and 2 hours of time with about 15 more KWs and a very nice note.

15kw??? i dunno anything bout the fg's but thats alot just for an induction, the stardard one must be really s**t. i did a custom mandrel bend one into a GT-P air box with k&n pod filter and a modified XR6T intake, and the second rubber intake on my XH xr6 and id be lucky if it made 6kw! its just changed the note and made the throttle more responsive. 15kw is heaps for an induction

XH snorkel
EA CPI pipe put into hole i cut in the front
standard filter at the moment
and being a series one EB it already had the non-bellmouthed air box to throttle body pipe but it's on gas anyway so the mixer is there

gives it a nice throaty note when under load

does CPI make much of a difference coz I was think of doin a similar thing, just so th box will cop all th air through the headlight.

i noticed a slight seat of the pants improvement in throttle response. And you can hear it suck more when at the engine bay and reving
