FG N/A uses a dual volume plenum instead of the dual length runners like EF-BF.
I believe somebody already looked in to it and discovered the BF T/B wouldnt fit. It would also require a flash tune to work with the new type of plenum. |

Also remember that the NA FG plenum is plastic. If history tells us anything its that they develop vacuum leaks over time (and look ghey).
If I recall the boosted plenums were alloy on the FG's. Is that right? Havent spent a lot of time with the FG yet. |

They definitely look gay, not to mention keeping it clean(ish) is going to be a nightmare with all those ribs all over it

I think the easiest way to clean the plastic one would be a pressure steam cleaner.
That turbo plenum would look schmick with a good polish too. Yes it wouldnt run perfectly at the start but it wouldnt take long for a tuner to adjust the AFRs to suit. Seems to just be a log manifold like ea-ed had. |
