OH MY GOAWDD! Just saw BRITTISH RACING GREENS ONE above mine.... Teach me for not reading to the VERY VERY end! Hahahaha.

My one pulls out in under one second flat as made use of some notches that hold it all together beauty but can fall apart with applied pressure in the right direction.

Also chopped the bonnet lining right off until it meets the rubber seal (stolen from top of engine bay from wrecked Fairmont). Then used a space invader fire retardant to fill gaps around the whole thing in bonnet lining and grill. Result is an airflow that at it's narrowest point is 2 x 4 inches!

I, also, need to find a proper pipe from BA to POD rather than flexi pipe. Have worked out that a 33 degree bend and a 350mm straight pipe will replace everything from the hard plastic BA U-Shaped induction on Throttle Body to pod filter.

Oh - have got rid of the blue front bar - it has been silver for the last three months, just no current photos.......

why pods a k&n panel filter has more surface area , pretend to flatten out the pod and you'll see what i mean , paper is s**t yeah but the stainless cotton K&N is about as good as it gets

K&N = 80 odd bucks, pod filters 20-40 bucks.

if i wanted a panel filter i would have bought one.

is there a reason why almost all turbo cars run pods? free'er flowing air?

and you can buy K&N pod filters with more filter surface then a stock panel filter.m pods open up alot more intake options

i cant take credit for it,paulc was the brains behind the install,it even uses a standard size ef to au air filter which is located below the shaker,as for the polished manifold there going on the other motor when complete, hopefully not to long
