ok i have done the reto fit of the au motor into the eb now i am after a smartlock module as my eb2 did not have smartlock and there is one on ebay and another with shift kits australia who has one or who knows which one is better as the one on ebay seems to have better functions and all. Whats your views. Thats all i need now to fire it up. Thanks for your views.

did yyou use a BBM on the AU motor ? and a el ecu is that why your needing a bypass module?

yeah i used the el bbm and dissy and all el parts so i need to get by the smartlock thats whats holding me back.

id personally got for the one from shiftkits.com that way if there is a problem you can always get them to fix it where ebay you may not be as lucky?
Also on that note im doing the same thing in my ed AU to ed running serp belt etc to put a S/C on it

i was not sure really. Well i will do that then. Thanks. How did you go with the vct head. Yeah its a good mod i should have done it ages ago. My other problem is the bonnet the motor looks to sit high. See what happens.
