hey guys ive been offered a stage 3 crow cam for my el falcon that ive just converted to manual. ive already seen a power increase since the manual was put it. how much more power can i expect with a stage 3 crow cam? cheers

A reasonable amount. Remember you haven't got more power with a manual, just better ratio's.

Crow do some very good cams. IIRC, you'll be wanting a J3 or flash of some description & probably a new set of headers too to get the most out of it. Not sure about valve springs but I think they are recommended with that cam
