hey how do i go about telling the difference between EA ECU computers? like manual from auto, auto to manual? CFI manual to MULTIPOINT manual? cheers do they have it written on them somewhere?

cfi ecu's have CFI on them ,... MPI have MPI on them ..

oh ok thanks for that. any chance that you might know how to tell what 1 is manual and wat 1 is auto?

There is a lot of different catch codes on the ecu, hard to know exactly what they are from unless you call ford and run the part number past them
