Hi Chris,

Not really keen on going down that road... When things are on loan they get broken...

Only here to sell these units...

If you want to permanently own one I'd be more than happy to add you to the list of purchasers...

Cheers,
Tim

Half of the units are now owned...

First posted updated...

That is all the already completed units...

One loom is awaiting testing then to solder it to a unit (tomorrow)

Two looms are waiting for resin to set and will again be tested tomorrow and soldered to a unit...

The three units assigned to people will then be tested and if all is OK be ready to go out...

These three belonging to the people who have not yet paid... Two of you I know where you're at... Snort Performance I still need to hear from...

Cheers,
Tim

Mine arrived today, had a read of the manual while I was at work. I work @ repco, so I'm in the trade so to speak.

Anyway, workmates were impressed, I'm impressed, can't wait to give it a run later in the week.

Cheers & Thanks!

Cool :D

That's good to hear...

Hopefully lives up to the expectations...

I may have gone way overkill with the book... But by the time you cover "I'm a d***head" clauses for the "just in case" scenario... Its doubles the thickness and I wanted to be thorough so no doubt is ever created...

for the sake of having a fiddle you should be able to installed it on your EB and turn it on and hit the SIM and the ignition and injection should come to life...

Yours is a V8? Let me know... That'll be the first V8 I've seen it used in... This is the fingers crossed it really does work on a V8 test...

Cheers,
Tim

I have 3 Eb's man 8-) , 1 series2 Ghia I6, 5spd, and 2 Eb Xr8's, 5spd's as well. One is a series 1 car & the other a series 2 car. Will give them a go & see what happens.

The EB Xr8 s2 has a 6AL unit speaking with the TFI, and has been converted to straight gas, but the factory EEC & smartlock are still there & doing some stuff, so not sure how testing will go with that one. 8-). The series 1 car is still run completely by the ford EEC, in a duel fuel setup, but has a mod chip in it.

Cheers

Ah well give it buzz and let me know what happens with them all...

Be curious to know the flexibility of it for myself...

Cheers,
Tim

Cool Thanks Kev...

Let me know how it all goes for you...

Hoping others find them as useful as I do... It has been a life saver...

Advantage is I have it in the boot so should I ever get stuck somewhere I can test it and say to the NRMA bloke this is the problem... No guessing involved :D

Will update the first post now with Kev's status

Cheers,
Tim

Got mine today Tim.
Havent had a chance to play with it yet (been busy and a few new toys arrived today) but it looks to be a well thought out and built kit.
Now if only I had that last August when I was broken down in Melbourne with what turned out to be a dud coil once I towed the car 1000kms home...................
