Pimp, just buy the chip and programmer and upload the bin to suit the 1521a cam.

Its not manual, its auto (its the tune from my own car).

I suggest you get a pre-programmed chip and dont attempt the programming if you dont have the confidence!

cheers,
Jason

Yeah i would really like the car just to run for a while before i start my own tweaking, i'd like to learn a bit more first. However i will need atleast a tuned chip in 2 weeks to get it running.

So is it possible you can convert your 1521a tune to manual and out it on the chip for me, then i'll get a programmer later?

Thanks mate for your patience with me

Hi Tom,

Yes you can buy a programmer down the track and make changes yourself. You could also get it tuned through a dealer.

Cheers,
Jason

Cool mate,

Can you sell a programmer kit with a preprogrammed chip. obviously I'm expect there to be a price difference but I dont really wanna buy 2 chips if I dont have to. if you know what I mean.

Cheers mate

Hey jason,

Just wondering what binary and definition to use. I have a '96 XG fuel injected auto and I'm just about to put a manual in it. I will be ordering a pre-programmed chip but don't know which one to get. Also wouldn't mind having a geez at programming before I get it.

Cheers mate.

Tom

Havent had much experience with the utes, nor do I have any ute bins.

What's the engine? Is it coilpack or dizzy, BBM or log? 60pin eec? does it have thermofans? 2 or 3 speed? Send me the answers via PM and we'll work something out.

Cheers,
Jason

Hi there,

Not at the moment, no. The chip must be removed to be programmed.

So far CVE Performance in Melbourne are the only guys who I have set up to tune with our gear. Any tuners who are interested should contact us to become a dealer.

Cheers,
Jason
