so I have a ef Fairmont wagon trying to make it a df nf wagon I have the nf cluster and wanting to put it in but wanting to do the hole car loom and ecu or something and I want the roof lights under the sunvisors and all the lights

You will have to change bcm as well. Only drama will be rear washer wiper etc for rear window.

I no I can splice it all just wanted to no if there is any advantage of putting in a nf ecu

Not sure if there is a benefit to using the nf ecu but it will plug in. You bcm plugs would need to be changed so with doing the cluster swap as well it could be easier to just swap the dash loom from a nf fairlane into your dash which would just be plug and ply deal for your bcm and cluster then. Being a fairmont wagon you might find the body loom as all the suitable wiring/plugs in it to add the door sensors and interior lights. If that is the case it means you dont need to worry about the rear wiper ecu/relay assembly

Ok than well I don't have the rear wiper on anyway never use it

BEM's don't need to be changed either.
