1998 festiva no spark got power to coil but no power coming out not sure what it is any ideas what it could be.

I'm not 100% sure what ignition system the festiva uses (points, 50/50 or full electronic)
If it has points check that, it's under the rotor in the distributor (just pull the cap off) if its 50/50 or full electronic it could be your CAS. I'm speaking from past experience with my cars so hope this helps. It could even be a loose plug.

I've had those WB and WF Festiva's dizzy's fail too....even under warranty.
