Apparently the Barra starter motor is a lot different from my G6E Ecoboost starter motor.
Ford price is $591 compared to a cheaper starter motor for a G6E Barra 6 cylinder vehicle? they are very different in design I'm told?
Does anyone know where I can purchase a cheaper product and a workshop manual for my G6E Ecoboost?

This is an answer to myself for others to see.
I found a company called Auto 8 online who has a new starter motor to suite my G6E 2 lt turbo 4 cylinders vehicle for an excellent price, compared to 2 Ford dealers.
Now to get my mechanic to fit it, apparently it's not a simple job?
Hence the inquiry about a workshop manual to see for myself?
