Hey all been having some over heating problems lately.

Noticed that only one of the fans at the front of the bay was turning on.

Does any1 know how i can fix this or where to start from? I don't really wana spend big $s at the auto elec

sounds a bit sus.

Theres 3 relay's on XH's.

First relay energizes both fans at low RPM.
Second relay splits the series wiring, and commits fan 2 (drives to full speed.)
Third relay Earths out Fan one's Neg Rail. and Relay 1 continues for the Positive.

Simply swap both same relays with each other and see if you get any progress.

If nothing happens, Unplug the temp sensor (on the thermostat housing) this should make all relay's turn on and resulting both fans going flat out.

But the best way is to check the fan wires with a multimeter.

Thanks mate ill give it a shot in the morning. this is the one area i hate. anything electrical doesnt agree with me :roll:

hahaha this is pretty much another language to me. ill get my brother to give me a hand. he's smart with this stuff. ill make sure i pay attention :P
