XRCIST wrote: The Underdrive is a great mod for the price, i picked up 2 tenths at the track with it on my BA. Hey mate i am looking at fitting one of these to my BF, its only a n/a so not sure if valve springs are going to be an issue? I haven't been able to find much info on experience from them although a couple have said that fitting an 82 degree thermostat at the same time is good idea, where as the product info i found said there was no need for it. Are you able to shed any light on them for me? or recommend a kit because that's the other issue, i have only been able to find one Thanks mate Cheers Phil

just read the 9 pages of this thread , what a great read, nice job Brad17Djr, my 2 bobs worth the the early posts with your standard 160 rwkw sounds about right to me, my s2 vct(with standard 172 kw) did 129 rwkw, on a diff dyno a couple of years later it ran 127.2(gettin a little tired now), .......compare the engines b series with 30 kw`s more made 30 kw`s more on the dyno,...............a while ago i drove my mates bf2 xr6 zf equipped, jeezus it made my s2 vct feel like a slug, premonition......... i see a 12 in your future , good luck.

The underdrive pullies did a treat on my car gave me better fuel eco and notice hi-end torque worth its money.
the lsd 3.46 is really good. it revs about 2300ish on the highway. i can still get 600k per tank to and from work (manly highway driving) with a pod filter, thinking going blue power intake for cool air, or the modified airbox on ebay atm seems good price for wot it is. iv heard no good news about the ss inductions cai. i would not reckon their be much difference between blue power and the xr8 with k&N. for the price i'd keep the xr8 intake. |

thanks for info on the under drives mate, ive heard good things about the ss cai kit the negative just being too expensive. I like the look of it and heard the growl on a mates car so I am going to go with it anyways.

4 months later and still waiting on the diff gears found out that the blue power intake was just a expense i didn't need so i didn't bother with it rather spend the money on a good set of tyres to
put that N/A grunt to the ground how do you change the subject title to 13.6???
