Hey guys, mate has a chance to buy a 1994 EB XR6 Manual, black with sunroof and 180k on the clock. It was traded into my best mates dads car yard and said we can have it for $2500. I not sure that EBs were made in 1994? Anyone got any idea on it? Also were the recaro's standard on late EB XRs?

Not a bad price on an XR, even if it doesnt come with the cosmetics of the later XRs. I narrowly missed out on one here for $2000 a year ago as my first car. Manual too. I think itd be a great pickup.

Yeh it was $2000, manual, bodykit, sunroof, recaro's. 220ks on it. Wasn't a bad looking car but it ran like a pig. Stuttered all through the rev range.

If that car is in good condition cosmetically, I would probably buy it....

...even if you don't really want it in the long term, in good nick and running right, it is probably worth at least 5 grand if in good condition!

if its not a typo, and you do think you are buying a 94 eb xr6 then you are being conned and its an eb S/xr6 from 92/93 with an ed xr6 front end.

either that or its a genuine 94 ED XR6 and you have misunderstood its letter designation.

Nah its definately a 1992 EB XR6. Fully optioned though. If I had a spare $2gs I would buy it. My mate wants a car he can get into and go. Before you all ask its not available for public sale like this. My best mates dad owns the car yard. Wants $4999 running perfect with RWC>

Mate, if I were you, I would just buy it at that price..... do what you can to get the money.....

Even in average condition, you'll double your money.......
