Question 1:
What happens if you overfill the radiator tank with coolant? Does it cause the cap to burst? Question 2: What happens if you do not bleed the air out after a radiator flush/clean? Will it burst something?

Q1:
I don't think you can over fill the rad tank as it has a hole to go to the reservoir or just drops down to the ground via the pipe. Q2: I don't or rarely ever bleed the air after rad flush. Hasn't broke anything yet.

If you not bleed the air out of the cooling system,you will cause damage to the engine.
You can blow hoses off,if you have a plastic radiator you can blow the radiator hose ends off.You can blow head gaskets,cook the engine cause the engine temp will rise.Or even if it gets that bad could sieze the motor.Cooling systems with the plastic resevoir,you can blow these apart.I have seen this happen. It is a good practice to bleed the air out of the cooling system when eve you flush or replace the coolant,this will help the cooling system to work effectively.

the engine should bleed air out by itself..the small hose from the top of the thermostat housing to the resoivoir does this..as that is the highest point of the cooling system..

to bleed the 4L you should fill it up and then take the return hose off the top of the thermostat housing and wait till a steady stream comes out.

I didn't think it would cause some much damage be did know that it caused damage.
