Hey guys, I'm just about to go and look at an AU Ute (tray back) xls, that is dual fuel and manual.

Owned by a mechanic, friend of my parents, owned and sold his own workshop (he is on very good terms with the new owner and the rwc will be done there), takes very good care of his cars apparently.

The clutch was replaced 18months ago with a heavier duty one.
The head has just been done, apparently the thing runs fine. Engine has 200,000km's on it.

My questions are:
The engine and the dual fuel system. Is the engine in the AU built for lpg if it is dual fuel?
Is the lpg system on this model a good one?
Was factory dual fuel released on this model?
I will cope driving a manual in the city, but will the manual / clutch hold up to it?

I've been told it is $6,500 with a rwc and a years rego, which I think is an absolute bargain.

When I look at it, what are model specific faults to look for?

Thanks in advance!
Matt
