yep, unless you have lots of friends with lots of parts and free/cheap use of a dyno and labour to fit said parts, you will be spending thousands.

get a hairdryer from the bathroom and duct tape it to the throttle body, but make sure its on 'hi' but not 'hot'
 220 from an na 6 is almost impossible, without forced induction you have no hope, and without spending the cash you have even less hope...
