I've got a 5-speed manual in my ef and when I turn corners and start to accelerate in second gear its alright until I fully straighten up and then all of a second it boots in kinda like an auto. I think its round close to 2 grand when it happens
Also when I put my foot flat down in second it accelerates smoothly until I get to 4 grand and all of a sudden it boots it again with this hit of power which comes out of no where
I don't know f**k all about cars so I'm still trying to learn
I've got a rough idle problem with it also like every other bloke on here with an e-series
I just thought that I might try and find out what it is while I'm getting my rear universal joint fixed

cheers for that, I actually tried cleaning that out quite a while ago now. It helped a bit but it still has this problem
