I'm in the mist of putting a vct head on my au and I got the manifold when I got the head. With the fuel rail I have noticed its got a 3.5 bar fuel reg instead of my standard 2.7 bar.


Can I put this fuel reg on with out it overfueling massively?
I have a fairly good Cai with a ram air effect so might run rich at idle but be alright thru the rev range.

yea the vct engine got the 3.5 bar reg, it should be ok as at idle and low load as the pressure is still 2.5 bar, its when the manifold pressure drops/ load on the engine is when the pressure rises to 3.5..

so at idle and crusing speeds there will be next to no difference...
