will a 4lt ef/el timing cover fit on 3.9lt motor? Fitting Au coil pack and need cam and/or crank angle sensor to trigger i think? Any help would be appreciated.

If you are going to a full serpentine conversion it will (which you will have to I suppose). I think the timing mark on on an EF/EL cover will foul on the aircon idler pully bracket.

But you will need to install an EF coil pack system to make it work. The AU system requires a numer of different parts to work, more than just the timing cover.

Hi Arm 79, can you tell me exactly what i will need to make it work? I already have an AU coil pack, and haltech ECU which controls spark and fuel.
