efbignik: Take it to a metal polisher, check the yellow pages maybe. I did the rocker cover & thermostat housing myself, and that took bloody long enough.

phongus: PH4480's are the go, tuned length, smaller pipes for better torque. Much better design.

falcon_hell: I would ask the head reconditioner for this advice. The head may have been skimmed or shaved before too, so keep that in mind.

Mate I wouldn't really bother with the vernier gear, as most reground cams don't need it.

With the BBM, swap all of the wiring from you old manifold across to it, lengthening any of the wires as need. Then come time to install it, you will be able to plug it straight in and have it work right away.
The manifold uses all of the same sensors, there won't be any spare.

You will have to run one from the ECU, to the switch valve so that the manifold will operate correctly though.

instead of the AUII XR8 snorkel, with a bit of modifying to the thermofan shrouding, you can fit a AU TE50 Snorkel, almost looks like a herrod motorsport one, its got the tickford wings in the moulding of it too. looks and works a treat.

Help me out.

What extra power would a set of Hurricane extractors with 2.5 inch high flow cat, retain standard exhaust, K&N Panel filter, AU XR intake snorkel.

What are these mods going to ad over the standard 162kw
