Hmm cheers Mate but we ran into a slight problem.. The 6 speed auto can bot be stalled higher then 2500 until tuning software is available.. Which is ment to be out febuary so looks like Going to be crap down low till then..

This is a fascinating idea - for me at least - and stick to your guns mate; if everyone went down the conventional road to car modification it would be a boring world. I love the idea of tough N/A 6's, and auto appeals to me as I am a former truck driver and enjoy the cruising aspect of it as well. I'm interested in a similar concept for my own car, although I'm in a totally different budget range so it's all done on the cheap.
Will follow the progress of this build with interest... :)

You have a 6 speed Auto? You lucky bugger.... They have great gearing..... Would love one of them in my EF:)

The gearing is absolutely perfect in them for good 1/4 mile times.

Is this with Xcal3 they are working out how to tune 6 speed shifts & lhm mode? Feb is not that far away - sure you can wait as it will be with the wait ;)

it lookd like you have spent some decent coin on this motor.. Nice to see someone else trying to get good figures out of NA6. Next time its dyno'd wouldn't mind seeing more details on the dyno sheet. So could see what way it was all done.

Also with this power im suprised you have not chucked it on the track. Perfect way to back up the figures that you have posted .
