Check out the ACL racing website, they have a fair amount of parts for the I6

ACL Race Series pistons, bearings etc. The bottom end is already pretty strong and a lot of people pull good figures both on the dyno and on the track with a stock bottom end. Talk to Kelford cams in Christchurch, they do a lot of headwork port polish jobs etc and camshafts and all that stuff for the top end. Get the head shaved aswell as using an AU headgasket to raise the comp if you plan on keeping it N/A.

Theres another place up in Auckland thats pretty good with headwork if you want to talk to them,
"Leading Edge Cylinder Heads". Ask for Dwight. (09) 2746114. This guy knows falcon heads very well. They do a lot of work on the 4L i6 falcon heads, mostly for people using falcon engines in stock car racing, they do custom stainless valves, porting/polishing, machining and all that. I've seen some of the work he did on a AU XR6 VCT head, custom stainless valves and was porting to flow as much as possible. Pretty expensive but if done right i reckon it would be worth it.

Good luck with it all!!!

The standard head flows pretty good already so maybe just a clean up and use the rest of the money on the bottem and cam.

What is your goals with the engine anyway???
